You will oversee all aspects of sales and operations of office and warehouse associates.

Full-Time Salary: Up to $215,000 per year

The schedule is from 6:00 AM till done, Monday - Friday.

You will:

  • Participate in the development of the annual operating plan in direct alignment with Company goals. 
  • Full P&L ownership in the development and preparation of the yearly budget and KPI Goals, evaluate weekly performance, and recommend adjustments. 
  • Direct and guide the team to drive efficiencies (loading, unloading, slotting, accuracy, performance, etc.).
  • Participate in the development and implementation of service & productivity improvement initiatives to increase customer satisfaction & reduce operating expenses. 
  • Hire, coach, and manage disciplinary actions with Operations staff.
  • Participate in monthly sales meetings with outside sales representatives; assist in sales rep management and analysis of accounts, as requested.
  • Maintain and cultivate relationships with key customers.

 

You have:

  • College Degree or equivalent experience 
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience within the industry, managing warehouse and office staff 
  • You are reliable, personable, and enjoy building relationships while leading from the front lines 
  • Experience integrating multiple warehouse locations is a big plus
