Automotive A Technician / Advanced Automotive Technician
We are seeking an experienced Automotive A Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles at an advanced level while delivering accurate, efficient, and professional service. This role is ideal for a highly skilled technician who can work independently on complex repairs, use diagnostic tools with confidence, and consistently produce high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
路 Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on engines, transmissions, drivability concerns, brakes, suspension, steering, HVAC, electrical systems and flush services.聽
路 Use scan tools, service information, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic procedures to accurately identify and resolve vehicle concerns.
路 Complete repairs efficiently and correctly while following manufacturer specifications and shop quality standards.
路 Document findings, recommended repairs, and completed work clearly and professionally.
路 Support shop productivity by maintaining a clean, organized work area and assisting less experienced technicians when appropriate.

Qualifications
路 Proven experience as an Automotive A Technician, advanced automotive technician, or equivalent senior-level repair role.
路 Strong diagnostic ability across mechanical, electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and steering systems.
路 Proficiency with diagnostic scan tools, digital inspections, service information systems, and repair documentation.
路 ASE certifications or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.
路 Valid driver鈥檚 license and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism.

Other Duties and Responsibilities聽
In addition to the duties listed above, every crew member is responsible for general center maintenance and cleaning duties such as mopping, washing center windows, lawn mowing, clearing litter, snow and ice from the site, and cleaning restrooms. Crew members must attend crew meetings and run errands as required, as well as other duties assigned by a supervisor.

Working Conditions聽

Materials Used: Automotive oils, fluids and lubricants. Environment: Frequent exposure to outside weather elements, noise, and vehicle exhaust fumes throughout the entire shift.聽

Physical Activities: Position requires good corrected vision, hearing, frequent standing, walking, climbing, stooping, crouching, handling, reaching, and lifting. 聽
