Job DetailsJob Location: 21782 HUMAN RESOURCES - JOHNSON CITY, TN 37615Position Type: Full TimeJob Category: ClericalWHO WE ARE: State of Franklin Healthcare Associates is a physician-led and team member owned multi-specialty care group headquartered in Johnson City, TN with locations in the upper East Tennessee & Southwest Virginia region.  Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of our patients and our team members.   PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supports HR policies, procedures, and compliance with employment laws. Provides guidance to managers and employees on workplace concerns, employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary matters. Supports recruiting activities, including job descriptions, postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection. Coordinates new hire onboarding and orientation and monitors employee turnover. Supports benefits enrollment, employee benefit questions, leave administration, and related compliance requirements. Assists with compensation questions, salary information, and compensation projects. Coordinates required employee training, CPR training, and certification tracking. Develops and maintains HR training materials and monitors completion of required training. Manages HRIS access, user support, data accuracy, and HR reporting. Maintains accurate employee records and completes routine HR audits and reports. Supports workplace safety, workers’ compensation, incident reporting, and required safety programs. Coordinates safety training and monitors required employee health and safety compliance. Processes HR-related requests, including tuition assistance, remote work agreements, employment verifications, and other employee documentation.
