Job Responsibilities – What You’ll Do: As a Parts Clerk, you’ll support our service shop by ensuring that parts are ordered, stocked, and managed efficiently: Order parts from preferred vendors Create purchase orders and manage invoices Receive, stock, and organize parts inventory Maintain bin locations and inventory levels Conduct cycle counts and full inventory audits Support technicians by supplying necessary parts Handle parts returns, warranty claims, and slow-moving inventory Operate a forklift to load/unload parts Keep the parts department clean and organized Answer calls and deliver outstanding customer service Perform other shop support tasks as assigned ✅ Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria: Previous experience with automotive or heavy-duty truck parts (dealership experience a plus) Forklift certified (or willing to obtain certification) High school diploma or GED Valid, clean driver’s license Willingness to travel for occasional training Professional attitude and strong work ethic Excellent attention to detail and a team-first mindset Why You’ll Love Working With Us: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (multiple plan options) Bi-weekly employer contributions to Health Savings Account Employer-paid Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) with company match (after 1 year) Paid Time Off starts accruing on your first day Consistent Monday–Friday schedule – No weekends!
