Loader/Unloader

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Loader/Unloader to support our distribution operations. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role involving continuous standing, walking, bending, lifting, loading, and unloading throughout the workday.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers by hand using gravity rollers.
• Move cartons on and off pallets for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Label cartons for outbound shipments (approximately 5,000–6,000 packages per week).
• Receive and unload incoming truckloads, including palletized and floor-loaded freight.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and efficient.
• Follow safe material-handling practices and company procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Comfortable with continuous standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Able to repeatedly lift and move boxes throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding distribution environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus, but not required.
