We are looking for candidates…
- With previous experience in construction, roadwork, manual labor, heavy equipment operation, transportation, or a related field.
- With a valid CDL Class A or Class B driver license.
- With a reliable work history and strong work ethic.
- Who can work flexible schedules including overtime, nights, and weekends as projects require.
- Who value teamwork, safety, and personal accountability.
- Who can successfully complete a background check, motor vehicle report (MVR), and drug screening.
- With a history of working outdoors in the elements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a member of our roadway operations team, you will assist with the installation and maintenance of pavement markings and traffic safety systems throughout the region.- Assisting with roadway layout and pavement marking installation.
- Loading, unloading, securing, and transporting equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Operating trucks and company equipment as assigned.
- Performing roadway preparation activities such as grinding, sealing, tape removal, and surface preparation.
- Conducting vehicle inspections and maintaining required logs and documentation.
- Assisting with traffic control operations after receiving company certification.
- Maintaining assigned equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Participating in all required safety meetings, training programs, and certifications.
- Maintaining clean, organized vehicles, shops, warehouses, and job sites.
- Reporting incidents, hazards, and safety concerns according to company procedures.
