Job Location: Parboil Shipping Jonesboro, AR.
Hours worked 5pm-6am Monday - Friday will receive a 15% shift premium. Â All hours worked on Saturday and Sunday receive a 15% premium.

Job Description
GIVE DAY TO DAY JOB ASSIGNMENTS TO EMPLOYEES; COMMUNICATE WITH OTHER SUPERVISORS ON DAY-TO-DAY BASIS;FILL IN FOR OFFICE PERSONELL; FILL OUT ACCIDENT REPORTS WHEN INJURY HAPPENS; CHECK WITH OTHER SUPERVISORS ON DAY-TO-DAY PRODUCTION FOR THAT DAY; FILL IN FOR SUPERVISORS WHEN THEY ARE IN MEETINGS OR WHEN THEY ARE ABSENT; HAVE GOOD ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS; GOOD PEOPLE SKILLS, COMMUNICATING WITH EMPLOYEES AND SUPERVISORS; CHECK TRUCKS WHEN CHECKER IS OUT OR BUSY; DRIVE FORKLIFT; HELP INSURE CORRECT PRODUCT IS LOADED; WORK SAFELY.
Job Duties
Computer knowledge is required but not limited to for example ERP, WCS, Excel and Word
Must be able to communicate with employees and outside departments using verbal, Emails, and written communication.
Must be able to walk for extended lengths, climb ladders & stairs, move arms to operate equipment, bend, stoop, kneel or stand for extended periods.
Must be able to lift and carry 10-110 pounds 5 to 10 feet.
Must be able to reach above head or shoulders.
Must be able to see close distances 3-10 feet.
Must be able to pass the forklift certification.
Must be able to pass the forklift eye exam with or without correction.
Must have 2 years of experience in supervision or of similar field experience.
Must be able to troubleshoot machinery like mechanical, electrical or pneumatic  Â
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Must be able to work overtime as needed or some weekends.
Must be able to stay fluid and adapt to things changing several times during shift.
Must be able to work in extreme environments for extended periods like hot, cold, rain or snow.
Must have reliable transportation to get to work on time.
***Other duties as assigned by manager
Education Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)and one to three months related experience and/or training preferred.
