Position Details

As a Local Class A CDL Driver, you'll complete daily pickups and deliveries throughout the Los Angeles and Inland Empire areas while operating well-maintained refrigerated equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires reliability, strong backing skills, and a commitment to safe driving practices.

Schedule

• Primarily Monday through Friday
• Occasional weekend work (Saturday and Sunday) based on operational needs
• Typical start time: 5:00 AM
• End times vary depending on customer schedules and route completion, generally by 6:00 PM
• Occasional linehaul assignments to Arizona or Tracy, CA may be required

Compensation

• $29.00 per hour

Equipment

• Freightliner Cascadia tractors
• 53-foot refrigerated trailers
• Samsara electronic logging device (ELD)
• Driver mobile app for dispatching and communication

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
• Minimum 6 months of Class A driving experience
• Strong backing and equipment handling skills
• Professional attitude with excellent communication skills
• Safety-focused with a dependable work ethic
• No DUI or felony convictions
