Seeking Skilled Nursing Facility Physician


Logan Health – Kalispell, Montana
Logan Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to provide medical oversight for patients in our Skilled Nursing Facility and Long-Term Care programs. This role offers the opportunity to care for a medically complex geriatric population while working with an experienced interdisciplinary team and dedicated Advanced Practice Provider.

•Manage complex chronic conditions, including dementia, frailty and multiple comorbidities
•Provide preventive care and routine evaluations
•Oversee palliative and comfort-focused care when appropriate
•Build meaningful relationships with residents and families through compassionate, longitudinal care


Position Highlights
