The Associate Benefits Analyst supports the strategy, administration, and communication of the organization’s Associate benefit programs with a specialized emphasis on wellness initiatives and clear, engaging Associate communications. This role ensures benefit programs are understood, accessible, compliant, and aligned with the company’s culture of well being.

Responsibilities
Benefits Administration
•    Assist in the daily administration of health, welfare, and retirement benefit plans, including eligibility, enrollment, billing, and vendor coordination.
•    Serve as the escalation point of contact for complex benefit inquiries and escalated claims issues.
•    Provides highly service-oriented consultative advice to Lockton’s internal Clients by translating data and benefit policies into understandable terms
•    Maintain accurate Associate records and support audits, compliance reporting, and data integrity across HR systems.
•    Support annual open enrollment activities through Associate support and communications
Wellness Program Management
•    Manage and educate on the company wellness program to promote physical, emotional, financial, and social well being.
•    Serve as a wellness ambassador internally, ensuring wellness initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and culture.
•    Partner with vendors to coordinate wellness challenges, onsite/virtual events, seminars, screenings, and incentive programs.

Associate Communications
•    Design and deliver clear, engaging benefit communications across various mediums such as intranet, presentations, videos, and print channels.
•    Translate technical benefits information into user friendly messages that improve Associate understanding and engagement.
•    Maintain a consistent communication calendar for benefits and wellness initiatives.
•    Support the creation of benefits guides, FAQs, training materials, and manager toolkits.
 



•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
•    3–5 years of experience in benefits, HR, wellness program coordination, or communications.
•    Strong writing, editing, and communication skills; as well as effective analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to work independently and take full ownership of role responsibilities and achievement of goals
•    Practices Lockton’s motto, “We Live Service,” while serving Clients’ needs, nurturing effective Client relationships, and contributing to the overall success and satisfaction of Lockton 
•    Ability to organize workload and meet time sensitive deadlines


Preferred
•    Experience developing or managing Associate wellness initiatives.
•    Graphic design or communication tools experience (e.g., Canva, Adobe, SharePoint).
•    CBP, CEBS, PHR, or SPHR Certification a plus
•    Highly proficient in the Microsoft product suite
•    Proficient in the PeopleSoft product suite a plus
