This program offers residential treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, day care services for children under 12, individual and group therapy, case management, peer support services, psychiatry and medicated assisted treatment.  What You'll Do Greet members, vendors, couriers, job applicants and other visitors in a consistent, professional and friendly manner adhering to proper security protocol and logging activity. Answer phone calls in a timely and welcoming manner and courteously directs the call to the appropriate personnel or program. Abide by all HIPPA laws and maintains confidentiality for all clients and medical records. Ensure the headquarters lobby is constantly staffed during agreed business hours and maintained in a neat and orderly fashion. Manage schedules accurately for new appointments, check ins, and follow ups. Verify insurance, personal information and account balances. Collects fees when required. Ensure that new charts are ready for use and packets are prepared for programs. Accurately enter information into the EMR (i.e.: financial information, assessment forms, billing, etc.).  Requirements of the Position: Availability to work a full-time schedule (40-hours a week), Monday to Thursday - 7:30am to 4:00pm and Friday - 8:00am to 4:30pm. High school diploma or GED One to Two years of progressively responsible experience. Previous experience handling large volume of incoming calls as a receptionist preferred. Must possess strong customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities. Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
