As a front-line representative of the Member experience, you'll help Members with their everyday banking needs while building meaningful relationships that make them feel valued and appreciated. You'll confidently address routine transactions, identify opportunities to help Members achieve their financial goals, and connect them with the appropriate Advisor for more complex needs. What you’ll do as the Relationship Builder – Teller: Deliver an amazing experience to our Members, both in branch and drive-thru. Balance vault cash, drawers, cash recycling, and cash disbursement machines. Assist Members with daily account transactions, including cash and check deposits, cash withdrawals, transfers, bill payments, and bond processing. Understand and explain account activity and fees to Members. Make necessary product referrals, and refer members to appropriate Advisors for advanced account needs. Bring a positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and commitment to creating exceptional Member experiences.
