Toddlers are curious, energetic, determined, and full of personality. At Primrose School of Liberty, you'll help children navigate this exciting stage as they learn new words, make friends, explore their world, and become more independent every day.

We're looking for caring and dependable Toddler Teachers to join our team and help create a classroom where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.

What You'll Do

You'll guide toddlers through a busy, fun-filled day of learning, play, and discovery. Your day may include:

Supporting toddlers through meals, diapering, potty learning, naps, and daily routines
Encouraging language development, social skills, and independence
Reading stories, singing songs, dancing, playing, and exploring
Leading age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and creativity
Helping children learn to express their feelings and interact positively with others
Following our curriculum and creating an engaging, hands-on classroom
Building strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers
Keeping the classroom clean, organized, and safe

Schedule

We have three full-time Monday–Friday positions available:

7:15 AM–4:15 PM
8:15 AM–5:15 PM
8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Each schedule includes a 1-hour lunch break.

Schedules may occasionally vary based on the needs of the school, classroom coverage, and staff availability. No weekends are required.

Childcare experience is helpful, but not required. We're happy to train the right person with a strong work ethic and a genuine heart for children.
