Position Summary

The Warehouse and Materials Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse by performing a variety of tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and general warehouse organization. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

 

This position requires participation in a paid after-hours on-call rotation with assigned call every 3 weeks. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assembles orders, prepares goods, and processes shipments in SAP
  • Daily invoicing in SAP of all outbound shipments
  • Receives, unpacks, inspects, and stores incoming materials and supplies and replenishes stock in the towers
  • Responsible for monitoring inventory to ensure accuracy
  • Uses shipping records to verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders
  • Participate in weekly afterhours on call rotation
  • Participate in company-provided training and apply knowledge appropriately (daily processes)
  • Help maintain a neat and orderly parts room
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent or work experience in a related field
  • Proficient knowledge and experience with computers including MS Office
  • 1-3 years of related experience, preferred
  • SAP or similar inventory and invoicing management system experience, preferred
  • Experience operating a forklift, preferred

 

Other Requirements

  • Current valid U.S. driver's license.
