Professional Multiskilled Handyman
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Professional Multiskilled Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience performing a variety of residential and commercial repair, maintenance, improvement, and remodeling projects.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general handyman, repair, maintenance, and improvement services.
- Complete drywall repairs, painting, caulking, trim work, carpentry, doors, and other general repairs.
- Install and replace hardware, shelves, cabinets, doors, and other components.
- Perform minor flooring, siding, framing, and finish carpentry work.
- Diagnose issues and determine the appropriate materials and repair methods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow project specifications, company standards, and safety procedures.
- Accurately track labor hours and materials used on each project.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in residential/commercial construction.
- Strong skills in multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs.
- Knowledge of minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
- Ability to read and understand project instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation (Van or Truck) and a valid driver's license.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.Â
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with remodeling and home improvement projects.
- Experience working in both residential and commercial environments.
- Knowledge of basic tools, materials, and construction techniques.
