Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and enjoy using technology to create meaningful member experiences? We have immediate openings in our Member Contact Center for Bilingual Member Contact Center Representative or ITM Teller (FT and PT positions available), you'll assist members with everyday banking transactions through electronic communication including our Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), providing friendly, personalized service through live video from various Trius branch locations.

Bilingual Communication Requirement: The ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish is required because the position regularly communicates with members who prefer to conduct business in Spanish.

Schedule:
We are looking for a qualified candidates to work either FT or PT hours, to be scheduled between:

• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Enjoy a predictable schedule with no weekends and no holidays, giving you more time for what matters most.

Work Location:

Ability to work at either the Kearney or Lexington branches.
