The Centralized Scheduler Representative provides accurate, efficient, and professional patient access services for Shoshone Medical Center through telephone and electronic communication. This is a phone-based position, on site position with no in-person patient contact. The role supports patient access by coordinating appointment scheduling, patient registration, insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and related clerical functions, while ensuring a positive patient experience and maintaining accurate, timely information flow between patients, providers, and internal departments.
