Sonic Summary

This position involves providing direct treatment to residents in a Supervised Group Living environment.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of two years of experience in mental health or community services is preferred.
The job requires a valid state-issued driver's license and is a full-time role on the second shift, from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am, Monday through Friday.
Salary is based on experience and includes excellent benefits, with the employer being an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).

This person provides direct treatment to Supervised Group Living residents and reports in written and verbal format on treatment planning and progress of individual residents.

Education: High school diploma or equivelant.

Experience: Two years experience in mental health or community services preferred.

Licenses: Must possess a valid state issued driver's license.

Second Shift, full time.The hours for this position are 4:00 pm to 12:00 am, and the days are Monday through Friday.

Salary based on experience.
