Job Description:

  • Research and vet potential sales prospects using approved public and internal resources.
  • Create, update, and maintain prospect and lead lists for the Georgia sales team.
  • Compile lead lists using state liquor license databases, Secretary of State corporate registration databases, and other approved public records and business directories.
  • Research and validate business ownership details, decision-maker names, phone numbers, email addresses, and other contact information relevant to sales outreach.
  • Organize, sort, filter, clean, and prepare Excel-based prospect lists before uploading them to Salesforce.
  • Ensure all prospect lists are accurate, consistent, complete, and up to date.
  • Partner with Sales Management to provide organized lead files supporting SDR outbound calling and BDM appointment generation.
  • Maintain prospect databases by identifying and removing duplicate or outdated information.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and administrative documents as requested.
  • Support additional administrative projects for the Sales organization as assigned.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of company and customer information at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced skill set in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • High degree of initiative with the ability to complete complex tasks with minimal supervision
  • Experience implementing training components and public speaking preferred
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with varied stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, demanding, and fluid environment
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Intermittent travel may be required as needed

Base Pay Range:

$18.00 per hour

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as: qualifications, experience level, and skillset.
