CPV Manufacturing is looking for a Part-Time Facilities Maintenance Associate who takes pride in their work, has a keen eye for improvements, and wants to work in beautiful Kennett Square, PA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform general facility maintenance including minor plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry and janitorial repairs
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the facility, including the production areas, office, restrooms and cafeteria
Manage inventory of janitorial and maintenance supplies
Communicate effectively with management on status of projects and complete them in a timely fashion

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of general building maintenance experience
High School Diploma or equivalent

Skills:

Solid organizational skills, including adherence to schedules
Strong communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong initiative, integrity, and the desire and ability to work both individually and in a team environment
Mechanical aptitude

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

This position requires work in both an office and manufacturing environment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to sit, stand, kneel, twist, bend, access tight spaces and climb ladders
Good manual dexterity
Ability to wear PPE
