Basement And Foundation Solutions in Kernersville, NC is looking for a skilled Tech 2 to join our growing team! Responsibilities:
- Perform foundation repair, waterproofing, and basement restoration services at residential and commercial job sites
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment required for foundation and structural repair work
- Assist in the installation of drainage systems, sump pumps, wall anchors, and crawl space encapsulation
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers on-site regarding project progress
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures on every job
- Support lead technicians and crew members to ensure timely project completion
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and working in confined spaces
- Strong work ethic with a reliable, team-oriented attitude
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in construction or repair work
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
