Breakfast Cook - Job Description:

Donut Gallery is looking for a reliable and energetic Breakfast Cook / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. This position supports our breakfast and diner operation by preparing eggs, omelets, breakfast sandwiches, burgers, and other menu items using a flat-top grill, while also assisting with food preparation, portioning, station setup, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Schedule: Full-Time, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, with weekend and holiday availability required based on operational needs.

Requirements

Breakfast Cook – Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Prep Cook, Breakfast Cook, Line Cook, or similar kitchen role preferred. 
• Comfortable working with a flat-top grill. 
• Basic experience preparing eggs, omelets, sandwiches, burgers, and breakfast items. 
• Ability to follow recipes, portions, and food preparation standards. 
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced breakfast environment. 
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices. 
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine kitchen tasks. 
• Availability to work 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, including weekends and holidays as needed.
