JOB SUMMARY
The Football Activation Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Football Activation & Partnerships Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of football-related activations and partnership activities. The position ensures that all match-day activations are delivered efficiently, branding standards are maintained across venues, and operational excellence is achieved at all stadiums.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Basic knowledge of the Beer market and environment.
- Support the Football Activation & Partnerships Manager in coordinating and implementing all football activation activities.
- Assign and coordinate Match Delegates for football matches and activation events.
- Prepare comprehensive match deployment plans and ensure all stakeholders receive the necessary information in a timely manner.
- Monitor activation readiness and logistical requirements before, during, and after match days.
- Follow-up on match reports, activation reports, and delegate feedback, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Ensure all branding and sponsorship assets are correctly installed and maintained according to approved standards.
- Conduct stadium monitoring visits and provide reports on execution quality, compliance, and areas for improvement.
- Liaise with stadium management, football clubs, delegates, and activation teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Track activation performance and provide recommendations to improve fan engagement and brand visibility.
- Maintain records of football activations, deployment schedules, reports, and operational documentation.
- Support the implementation of sponsorship and partnership obligations during football events.
- Assist in resolving operational challenges encountered during activations and match-day events.

Requirements
KEY COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONSÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sports Management, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in event coordination, sports marketing, activations, or partnership management.
- Experience working within football, sports organizations, or event environments is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to brand standards.
- Strong reporting and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel and work on weekends, evenings, and match days when required.
- Passion for football and sports marketing.
