QUALIFICATIONS:

REPORTS TO: Director of Food and nutrition
ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:
Assist with keeping the organizational flow of the office in an organized and efficient manner. Maintain clear and concise communications between DFN’s, hourly staff, and district administration.
PERFORMANCE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Responsible for maintaining a shared email and office phone line, address all communications or forward to the appropriate DFN, reply to all inquiries to the Food Service office in a professional manner and within an appropriate time frame.
- Excellent Computer Skills: Office Suites: ADP employee services, maintain a Shared Outlook Event Calendar for DFN’s, and Litmos On-Line learning (training provided)
- Assist with scheduling of cafeteria events, maintaining a shared outlook calendar
- Assist in scheduling staff for events at the discretion of the Director(s) of Food and Nutrition)
- Assist with completion of Special Function Reservation forms, event scheduling, upkeep and organization of files for monthly invoicing
- Assist with planning and organization of meetings and trainings throughout the year.
- Assist with onboarding of staff through ADP
- Assist with Clearance packages for new hires and updating for current staff
- Assist with Litmos scheduling and reconciliation of training hours and certifications, to include documentation for employees
- Update confidential employee files to include clearances and certifications
- Maintain employee records for: PTO, non-occupational leave to include medical RTW information, disciplinary actions, and handbook directives
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, to include maintenance and upkeep of all employee files.
- Establish and maintain a clear line of communication with building staff(s)
- Assist with the distribution of all daily paperwork to buildings, collection of data for monthly invoicing, and additional duties as assigned by DFN (s)
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, to include maintenance and upkeep of all operational files required to be kept on site for the minimum time frame.
- Assist with updating Food Service information annually, or as often as needed
- Handle accounts and monies when necessary, by utilizing computers and point of sales systems or Skyward.
- Keep all paperwork accurate and neat.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures developed by the school district and TNG
- All other duties as assigned by DFN or Assistant DFN
