Key Areas of Responsibility:

1. Finished good (Battery cell) shipment control

  • Monitoring customer stock level & Orders
  • Planning finished good shipping schedule (Creating delivery (Shipping) order)
  • Controlling & monitoring on-time shipment based on FIFO rule & proper packing, loading conditions
  • Monitoring transportation & arrival status
  • Logistic out-sourcing company status check (Manpower, Equipment, Facility status)
  • Periodical auditing & evaluation of logistic out-sourcing company
  • Communication with customer about supply issue
  • On-time finished good shipment(s) and arrival at customer(s)
  • Daily monitoring of incoming and outgoing company packages (MRO)

2. Empty packaging replenish control

  • Monitoring empty packaging stock status for each location (customer, cleaning WH, HSBMA)
  • Replenish empty packaging and feed to Formation production line for cell packing
  • Communication with production team about empty packaging issue (Shortage, Contaminated packaging feeding, and so on)

3. Inventory control (Finished good & Packaging)

  • Daily cycle count for suspicious system stock
  • Periodical physical stock inventory for finished good & team assets
  • Analyzing stock discrepancy reason & setting up improvement plan
  • Quarantine & release management for NCM
  • Inventory Accuracy
  • Inventory Audits

4. Others

  • Safety / 5S audit & result reporting
  • Safety issue log & archiving
  • Budget planning & result control
  • Payment processing for logistic cost
  • Assist other functions within the department as needed

 

Qualifications:

1. Education

  • 4-year degree or comparable background of work-related experience.

2. Experience: 

  • Above 5 years’ experience of logistics
  • Experience of WMS and SAP system

3. Qualification/Certification/License: 

  • Ability to operate computerized inventory system
  • Highly organized and strong attention to accuracy and detail

4. Language skills: 

  • Must be able to read and understand instructions in English
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills 

5. Computer skills: 

  • Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
  • May occasionally left and/or move up to up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to regularly stand, walk, sit, talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms to include stoop, kneel, bend or crawl.

Physical & Mental Demands

  • Office Environment: Must wear company-provided uniforms.
  • Production Site: Must wear company-provided uniform and PPE including safety shoes, helmet, safety glasses, and portable gas measuring device.

Work Environment

  • Usual office environment, production, and construction sites
  • Risks include noise (above 90 dB in compressor room), high temperatures (104–122°F in various rooms), and potential exposure to hazardous materials (e.g., heating medium oil, NMP, water treatment chemicals)
