We are seeking an experienced Slot Supervisor to help lead our Slot team and keep the energy, service, and operations on our casino floor running smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two shifts are exactly the same. From supporting your team and assisting guests to overseeing jackpots and handling situations as they arise, you'll play an important role in creating a great experience on the slot floor.

What You'll Do

As our Slot Supervisor, you'll be one of the key leaders on the floor during your assigned shift. You'll:

  • Lead, coach, and support Slot Attendants and Slot Leads
  • Assign work areas and make sure the floor has proper coverage
  • Oversee day-to-day slot floor operations
  • Approve jackpots and hand pays within authorized limits
  • Help ensure jackpot and fill processes are completed accurately
  • Step in to resolve escalated guest concerns and service issues
  • Monitor slot activity and help protect company assets
  • Investigate guest incidents, machine irregularities, and potential policy violations
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members
  • Provide coaching and feedback to help your team succeed
  • Communicate staffing needs, operational concerns, and guest trends to Slot Management
  • Partner with Security, Cage, Marketing, Surveillance, and other departments to keep operations running smoothly
  • Maintain knowledge of slot machines, payout structures, and basic troubleshooting
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, professional, and guest-ready casino floor
  • Ensure operations follow Tribal, State, Federal, and company gaming regulations and procedures

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who can balance strong leadership with excellent guest service. You should be comfortable making decisions, solving problems, and keeping your team focused when the casino floor gets busy.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of slot operations experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of slot operations terminology, player rating, and slot analytics
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Additional Requirements

  • Must obtain a Class III Gaming License issued by the Washington State Gaming Commission and Port Gamble S'Klallam Gaming Commission
  • Must possess a valid Washington State Driver's License
  • Must be able to consent to and pass a hair follicle drug and alcohol screening as a condition of employment
  • Must be able to stand and move throughout the casino floor for extended periods
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Must be comfortable working in a casino environment with varying noise levels and exposure to cigarette smoke
