Areas of focus for Healthcare Consulting Staff will span all or some of the following: 

  • Compensation Valuation and Design
  • Transaction Advisory Services
  • Business Valuation
  • Healthcare Strategy
  • Healthcare Revenue and Compliance Advisory
  • Healthcare Operations Assessment and Improvements

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to the successful completion of various healthcare client projects within a team environment by solving strategic issues requiring analytical, financial, and writing skills
  • Conduct research and data analysis for client reports and presentations
  • Prepare excellent client deliverables while balancing firm risk and compliance with appropriate professional standards 
  • Identify and communicate business improvement opportunities to the Firm’s management team

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant educational backgrounds may include:
    • Accounting, finance, or other analytical business disciplines
    • Business Administration, Public Health, and/or Health Administration or related fields 
  • Graduate degree(s) and/or demonstrated professional experience in business and healthcare environments preferred
  • Outstanding written or oral communication skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a high level of strategic, analytic, and conceptual skills with passion for helping clients
  • Demonstrated experience self-reviewing work product and exhibiting attention to detail
