Full Pay Range: $66,535.82 to $99,803.86
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
Benefits Analyst

We're looking for a Benefits Analyst II who enjoys working with data, building meaningful reports, solving complex problems, and improving benefit processes. . What You'll Do
In this role, you'll combine benefits systems expertise with strong data analysis and reporting skills to help ensure our benefit programs are administered accurately, efficiently, and compliantly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting benefit implementations, testing, and open enrollment activities
- Troubleshooting benefit system and payroll-related issues
- Coordinate with benefit providers to resolve issues and ensure service quality
- Analyzing benefits data, trends, and reports to identify opportunities for improvement
- Developing, maintaining, and enhancing reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics
- Conducting audits and root-cause analysis to improve data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational integrity
What We're Looking For
- 4-6 years of experience in benefits administration, HR systems, payroll, insurance, data analysis, or a related field
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, metrics, audits, and data-driven insights for business decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple complex priorities, communicate findings clearly, and collaborate across teams
