Available Schedules

  • Irregular Part-Time (0-39 hours/pay period)
    Day Shift:  6:30 AM–3:00 PM | Including Every Other Weekend & Holiday Rotation
  • Irregular Part-Time (0-39 hours/pay period)
    NOC Shift:  10:30 PM–7:00 AM | Alternating Thurs/Sun, then Fri/Sat | 0-39 hours/pay period
  • Irregular Part-Time (0-39 hours/pay period)
    NOC Shift:  10:30 PM–7:00 AM | Thurs/Sun | 0-39 hours/pay period
  • Irregular Part-Time (0-39 hours/pay period)
    NOC Shift:  10:30 PM–7:00 AM | Fri/Sat | 0-39 hours/pay period

Starting at $18.51 hour + shift & weekend differentials

 

Join our person‑centered care team in a home-like assisted living environment. Support residents with daily living needs, safety, and meaningful engagement.

Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care, hygiene support, and assist with ADLs.
• Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and follow individual diet plans.
• Administer medications and treatments under RN supervision.
• Maintain clean, safe living areas and follow infection‑control practices.
• Document care, observe resident condition, and report changes promptly.
• Support therapy and activity plans; help with housekeeping tasks.
• Drive residents to appointments and community activities.
• Uphold resident rights, confidentiality, and all assisted living policies.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful team and community environment.

Requirements:
• Preferred experience in RCAC/CBRF or working with geriatric, mentally ill, or developmentally disabled individuals.
• CBRF Registry and DHS 83 core courses required for CBRF assignments.
• Valid driver’s license (if driving facility vehicles).
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and assist with transfers up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18 and pass background check per WI Caregiver Law.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility with assignments.
