Sonic Summary

Join the Wellness Center team at Houser (Onalaska) and Dahl (La Crosse) to help people achieve their health and wellness goals.
The position requires a background in fitness, strength training, physical education, recreation, or a related field, along with strong verbal communication skills and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Shifts are available from May to June, with hours ranging from early morning to late evening, and employees are expected to work 2-3 shifts per week.
Training will begin in March/April, and employees will enjoy benefits such as a free adult Y membership, discounts on family memberships and programs, and a retirement plan.
The position offers a salary of $15 per hour and requires at least 1 year of relevant experience.

The Wellness Center Staff are responsible for greeting members, enforcing rules and guidelines for the Wellness Center, cleaning of equipment & surrounding areas, assisting members to use equipment correctly, and spot members while using equipment when necessary.

Shifts Available:

- 4:50-9:00AM

- 8:50AM-1:00PM

- 12:50-5:00PM

- 4:50-9:00PM

Employees will be required to work 2-3 shifts per week.

Requirements

Strong verbal communications skills
A background in fitness, strength training, physical education, recreation or related field
The ability to lift up to 50lbs
