We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a SUDP/SUDPT at our Lacey, WA location Available Shift: Wednesday - Saturday (10hr Shifts) Responsibilities for this position include: Build positive relationships with clients, clinical staff and medical staff. Provide clinical services to clients in a therapeutic setting. Plans, organizes and facilities all aspects of a client’s continuum of care. Facilitate case-load groups as needed Clinical Documentation within EMR Qualifications: Pass pre-employment drug screen SUDP/SUDPT WA State Department of Health Credential.
