Responsibilities

  • Directly responsible for supply chain, logistics management and warehouse operations at Lake Charles, LA in support of the E-6B Depot Line.
  • Direct, coordinate, and manage all activities of assigned personnel to support all requirements of the E-6B program to include required certification and training requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures to include quality practices, standard operation procedures, and government regulations.
  • Manage Lake Charles Supply Technicians in the performance of their duties.
  • Manage all Government Furnished Equipment and Aircraft Parts on site and maintain accurate records/inventory through the acquisition and disposition process.
  • Implement new processes to improve supply health and meet government metrics and targets.
  • Create, generate, and present reports and briefings to the E-6B Program Manager.
  • Communicate directly with the customer, confirm schedules, identify risk/constraints, and develop courses of action to remove barriers.
  • Prepare and submit Contract Deliverable Requirements.
  • Coordinate with Navy Liaison Officers and Depot Contractors for the ordering, purchasing, and delivery of aircraft parts.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing team, expeditors, and leadership to ensure timely completion of all supply related documents.
  • Ensure compliance with all Company, Government and Contract Facility policies pertaining to site operations

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Must have (2) two years of military depot line or modification line experience 
  • Navy logistics experience preferred
  • Must be customer oriented
  • Able to use automated information systems
  • Able to successfully communicate both orally and in writing
  • Must be eligible to qualify for and able to maintain a U.S. DoD secret level clearance
