ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
- Execute the Virtual Design & Construction services including but not limited to: Site Logistics, Sequence and Duration, 4D, 5D Quantity take-off, Design Reviews, Animations, Rendering, Virtual Reality, Asset Management, Digital Twin, Drawing Creation, 3D Modeling, BIM Coordination, Drone, and Install Verification.
- Support the Virtual Design & Construction Managers with initiatives.Â
- Support the Virtual Design & Construction Managers with the research and development of improved processes through the utilization of technology.Â
- Assist Project teams using BIM technology.
- Maintain quality and standards of executed VDC services set forth by Virtual Design & Construction Leads.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Â
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s degree in Architecture, Construction, or any combination of education and professional experience that would meet the responsibilities listed above.Â
- Minimum two years of industry experience and/or an emphasis on BIM is preferred.Â
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Autodesk AEC Suite, and Autodesk Construction Cloud. Efficiency in other BIM software experience is desired.
Good communication skills with a desire to mentor and lead other professionals at both a personal and team level.Â
Self-motivated to continuously improve with a desire to learn new and better tools and processes.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and commitment to finding new solution that better serve Miron’s workforce.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Primarily an office environment with frequent visits to project sites.Â
