Our company values guide all that we do…  Open to Change | Passion | Get ‘r Done| Respect | Responsible & Accountable | Accept the Challenge  Job Summary:  Utilizing CNC Equipment, CNC Machinists will set up and manufacture precision products to quality specifications in an efficient manner.  Equipment utilized includes, but is not limited to Routers, Lathes, Milling Machines and Saws.    Essential Functions: Setup, program, and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components per print and job specs.  Make adjustments to cutting tools, speeds, and feeds.  Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.) to inspect parts and ensure tight tolerances are met.  Maintain detailed setup sheets, program files, and inspection records for repeatability.  Support continuous improvement initiatives in machining processes, tooling, and fixture design.  Perform routine machine maintenance and cleanliness to ensure equipment reliability.  Other duties as assigned.   Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of CNC milling experience Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.  Solid knowledge of cutting tool selection and tool life optimization.  Ability to read and interpret blueprints, tolerances, and GD&T symbols.  Familiar with machining tight tolerance parts.  Comfortable assisting with fixture design and setup optimization.  Prior experience in a regulated or quality-driven environment (e.g., ISO 9001).  Work Environment: Exposure to loud noise, moving mechanical parts, and varying temperatures. Personal protective equipment (PPE) required. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repetitively.
