This position will play an important role in recruiting prospective students and guiding them through the admissions process while creating a welcoming and engaging experience for students and families visiting campus. A key responsibility of this position is managing campus visit logistics, ensuring that individual visits, group visits, tours, and special recruitment events are well coordinated and provide prospective students with a positive introduction to the Warner University community. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic relationship-builder who can effectively balance student recruitment, communication, event coordination, administrative responsibilities, and attention to detail. Essential Responsibilities Student Recruitment β Recruit prospective students through phone calls, emails, text messages, social media, personal appointments, school visits, college fairs, and other recruitment activities. β Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with prospective students, parents, school counselors, pastors, youth leaders, and other influencers. β Communicate Warner University's academic programs, student experience, campus community, financial aid opportunities, and admissions requirements to prospective students and families. β Fluently articulate Warner University's commitment to biblical orthodoxy β Conduct presentations and represent Warner University at high schools, college fairs, churches, community events, and other recruitment activities. β Follow up consistently with prospective students throughout the recruitment and admissions process. β Maintain accurate and timely records of recruitment activities, communications, and prospective-student interactions in the University's CRM or student information system. β Assist with recruitment events and other enrollment initiatives. Campus Visit Coordination β Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students and families scheduling campus visits. β Coordinate details pertaining to campus visits with Assistant Director of Traditional Enrollment. β Coordinate with admissions staff, faculty, coaches, student ambassadors, residence life, financial aid, academic departments, and other campus partners to ensure a seamless visit experience. β Maintain campus visit calendars and ensure appropriate staffing and resources are available for scheduled visits. β Welcome prospective students and families and help ensure they feel informed, valued, and connected to the Warner University community. β Follow up with visitors after their campus experience to encourage continued engagement and answer questions. β Monitor campus visit activity and provide recommendations for improving the prospective-student experience. Administrative & Team Responsibilities β Assist with the development and execution of recruitment plans and enrollment initiatives. β Participate in admissions team meetings, training, professional development, and strategic planning. β Collaborate with university departments to create a consistent and positive prospective-student experience. β Assist with recruitment materials, communications, presentations, and special projects. β Travel as needed for recruitment activities, including occasional evenings and weekends. β Maintain confidentiality of student information and comply with applicable University policies and regulations. β Perform other duties as assigned in support of the University's enrollment and student recruitment objectives. Required Qualifications β Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. β Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. β Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. β Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and professional colleagues. β Strong attention to detail, particularly in scheduling and event coordination. β Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a collaborative team. β Willingness and ability to travel and work occasional evenings and weekends as required by recruitment activities and campus events. β Valid driver's license and ability to travel for recruitment purposes.
