Job DetailsJob Location: MBG FL - Fort Pierce, FL 34946Position Summary: Responsible for leading all phases of warehouse operations to support MBG’s Manufacturing and Engineering processes. Ensures daily receipts, picks, shipments, and general materials issues are completed accurately and efficiently.    Essential Duties and Responsibilities List the job’s essential or most important functions and responsibilities.  Include all important aspects of the job whether performed daily weekly, monthly, or annually and any that occur at irregular intervals. Must be able to perform work duties safely, accurately, and efficiently. Obtain working knowledge regarding all screens necessary for work area, i.e., WorkWise, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Team, Smartsheet. Manage, coach, mentor and develop team members within warehouse operations.         Subject matter expert in Workwise for picking, receiving, shipping, and issuing of materials. Responsible for all warehouse activities, including parts receiving, picking, delivery and timely disposition/resolution for Damaged & Defective parts. Set and manage assigned team’s daily activities. Responsible for maintaining an organized, safe, and clean warehouse environment both inside and outside areas. Responsible for receiving PO’s in Workwise and printing labels. Responsible for locating missing packing slips and/or contacting the buyer for a replacement. Responsible for collecting all packing slips daily. Responsible for verifying any packing list discrepancy vs items received. Responsible for scanning the packing slip and notifying the appropriate buyer of any discrepancy within 24 hours of receipt. Responsible for resolving receiving AP issues with appropriate Purchaser. Responsible for emailing appropriate personnel to identify non-PO deliveries. Responsible for verifying any items labeled as a Backordered or items that the picker could not find. Responsible for emailing the buyer if items are not found. Must work with line spider to resolve any part discrepancies including missing parts, damaged parts or parts that have not been used. Can effectively identify and resolve picking issues. Responsible for inventory accuracy of assigned parts and daily cycle count requirements. Responsible for identification and maintenance of all new stocking locations. Has a high degree of Workwise knowledge, including part and kit screens, on-hand balances, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Can communicate BOM errors to BOM engineers. Must be able to operate forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and order pickers safely and efficiently Unload incoming freight trucks as needed. Responsible for labeling the items received. Responsible for inspecting freight upon arrival and noting freight damage on freight bill and taking pictures of damage while truck driver is on site. Responsible for emailing pics of damaged freight to buyer the same day freight is received. Prioritize expedited shipments such as overnight and two days, receive first and deliver to recipient in timely manner. Have knowledge of hot part items/suppliers and receive these items immediately upon arrival. Follow established processes to ensure timely completion of job duties. Provide exceptional customer service to all production units, truck drivers, suppliers. Perform housekeeping and other work-related duties as assigned, this includes plant-wide orderliness and cleanliness. Demonstrate effective problem-solving methods. Initiate and respond to verbal, written, phone or email communications. Interacts with all levels of responsibility, both inside and outside the organization. Develop and maintain a culture rooted in continuous improvement, inclusion, and transparency. Mathematical Skills Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.  Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.   Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
