Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
  • Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
  • Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments — Complete FBAs in accordance with Washington State school and clinical guidelines.
  • Develop Behavior Intervention Plans — Create evidence‑based BIPs aligned with student IEPs or client treatment goals.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification and Washington licensure (or eligibility)
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
  • Ability to work across diverse school or clinical environments.

 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in Washington public schools or early‑intervention programs.
  • Familiarity with Washington State IEP processes and MTSS/FBT frameworks.
  • Prior supervision of RBTs or paraeducators.
Experience supporting students with autism, developmental disabilities, or significant behavioral needs.
