For more than 40 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.  


Pay: $42-50 per hour based on education and experience

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to support the needs in our Colorado programs. This position provides registered nursing and facilitation services for assigned clients within designated site in collaboration with an amazing interdisciplinary team. The nurse in this role is responsible for assessment and interventions for assigned residential clients; the nurse designs and implements treatment strategies based on scientific nursing theory, evidence based practice and principles to promote health and medical stability. The nurse also provides training/education to clients or family members regarding how to promote health, wellness and medical stability as well as to staff. The Registered Nurse directs the practice of the Behavior Techs and/or CNA's on the unit. May participate in program’s on-call rotation.


As a supplement to the essential duties and responsibilities outlined in the Registered Nurse job description, the RN role in Collage's Colorado program will also be responsible for the following case management tasks and functions:

  • Maintain a case management caseload, and be responsible for all case provisions for a caseload, including residential neurorehabilitation services, supporting living, and day treatment clients
  • Facilitating funding communications, providing clinical updates, discharge planning information, fostering partnership and addressing any identified issues as needed. 


Requirements:

  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse is required
  • 1-2 years’ experience in nursing is preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
