We're looking for a dependable CDL A Event Services Driver to transport, set up, service, and maintain portable shower, laundry, and sanitation equipment at large-scale events and emergency response sites. This hands-on role combines commercial driving, equipment installation, portable sanitation services, and customer support to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operations in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.

What You'll Do

  • Transport portable shower, laundry, and sanitation equipment to events, disaster response locations, and customer sites throughout the country.
  • Safely operate CDL and, when required, non-CDL company vehicles while following all company policies and DOT regulations.
  • Perform timely load-in and load-out activities to meet customer and event schedules.
  • Set up, level, connect, test, and prepare portable units for safe and efficient operation.
  • Disconnect, break down, clean, and secure equipment following event completion or customer demobilization.
  • Service portable restrooms, shower trailers, and related sanitation equipment at customer locations and event sites.
  • Fill onboard fresh water tanks and replenish water supplies as required.
  • Pump and dispose of wastewater from holding tanks in accordance with company procedures and environmental regulations.
  • Clean, sanitize, deodorize, inspect, and restock portable restroom, shower, and laundry units to company quality standards.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles and equipment remain safe, compliant, and deployment-ready.
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues while reporting repair needs promptly.
  • Maintain accurate DOT logs, service records, inspection reports, and required company documentation.
  • Communicate regularly with dispatch, supervisors, onsite coordinators, and customers regarding schedules, equipment status, and operational needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and properly wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

 

What You'll Need

  • Valid CDL Class A license with an acceptable driving record and a minimum of three (3) years of CDL driving experience.
  • Ability to meet all DOT requirements and maintain accurate logs, inspections, and compliance documentation.
  • Willingness to travel extensively with frequent overnight stays and extended periods away from home.
  • Availability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules based on event and operational demands.
  • Ability to safely operate both CDL and non-CDL company vehicles as business needs require.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 75–100 pounds regularly while handling equipment, hoses, pumps, and supplies.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout 8–12+ hour shifts.
  • Ability to climb in and out of trucks, trailers, and equipment multiple times daily and work at varying heights.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, mud, and uneven terrain.
  • Ability to work safely around heavy equipment, industrial noise, wastewater systems, chemicals, large crowds, and while wearing required PPE.
