At Fab Fours, a division of the WARN Group, we build some of the toughest, most aggressive aftermarket bumpers and truck accessories on the road. If you love working with steel, take pride in your welds, and want to build products that turn heads on every trail and jobsite, keep reading. 


What You'll Do:

  • Set up and operate hand welding equipment
  • MIG weld production parts and assemblies including bumpers, grumpers, snowplows, mounting brackets, etc.
  • Perform singular welds, with minimal passes and long passes without stopping
  • Read blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions
  • Measure and inspect parts for quality and accuracy
  • Operate fabrication tools, sanders, and cutting equipment
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized shop


What We’re Looking for: 

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ months of MIG welding or fabrication experience preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. repeatedly
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Shift:

Monday-Friday 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM. Overtime available dependent on production demands.
