Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to maximize efficiency and product consistency.  Support employee training, development, and performance management.  Ensure accurate production reporting and compliance with company and ISO standards. a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } What We're Looking For 5+ years of manufacturing experience.  Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.  ISO-certified manufacturing experience preferred.
