We are seeking a talented and versatile Engineer to join our team. This engineering opportunity is designed for candidates with experience in a variety of engineering disciplines, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, industrial, systems, process, or other relevant engineering backgrounds.

The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can apply engineering principles, technical knowledge, analytical skills, and practical judgment to support projects, improve processes, troubleshoot issues, and develop effective solutions. The specific responsibilities of this position may vary based on the candidate's engineering background, experience, and the needs of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field from an accredited institution; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
  • Engineering experience in one or more relevant disciplines or industries.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to understand technical information and apply engineering concepts to practical situations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency with relevant engineering, technical, analytical, or computer software applicable to the position.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or other relevant professional certification, where applicable.
  • Experience with engineering design, analysis, testing, manufacturing, operations, or project management.
  • 5+ years of experience with SolidWorks, CAD, engineering analysis, ERP/MRP, data analysis, simulation, programming, or other relevant technical tools.
  • Experience with continuous improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Experience working in a regulated, manufacturing, industrial, construction, technology, or other technical environment.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the RV manufacturing industry.


Responsibilities

  • Apply engineering principles and technical knowledge to solve problems and support business objectives.
  • Analyze technical requirements, processes, systems, equipment, or designs as applicable to the assigned area.
  • Develop, review, modify, or implement engineering solutions, designs, processes, or procedures.
  • Support new product, process, equipment, system, or project development.
  • Conduct technical analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, reliability, safety, cost, and performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, maintenance, purchasing, project management, and other teams.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.


Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, squat.
  • Ability to work in noisy and dusty conditions.
  • Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) when entering shop or service areas.
