Develop a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Monitor workflow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity. Support daily operational goals while maintaining quality standards. Leadership Development Observe and participate in employee coaching, training, and development. Assist supervisors with task assignments and monitoring team performance. Develop effective communication and conflict-resolution skills. Learn workforce planning and labor management practices. Participate in leadership development activities and assigned projects. Safety & Compliance Promote a safe work environment and comply with all company safety policies. Participate in accident prevention and safety awareness initiatives. Assist with maintaining operational compliance and housekeeping standards. Support company culture and employee engagement initiatives. Qualifications  Required High school diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or related operational experience. Demonstrated reliability, strong attendance record, and a solid work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with basic computer applications. Preferred Prior leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience. Experience in warehouse management systems (WMS). Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
