Position Summary The Sales and estimating Administrator supports commercial execution process across the United States for our Hanley Energy business. Reporting to the Global Head of Sales Operations, the role ensures accuracy of CRM data, sales orders, revenue forecasting, budgeting analysis and weekly and monthly reporting while coordinating with Sales, Estimating, Project Management, Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Operations colleagues. Primary Responsibilities • Oversea revenue invoicing processes and participate in weekly project management reviews. • Maintain Salesforce and SAP data integrity for opportunities and sales orders. • Coordinate project number creation and communication. • Administer intercompany transactions. • Validate purchase orders to support invoicing. • Monitor bookings, revenue and sales targets. • Support annual revenue budget development and speculative pipeline analysis. • Produce executive dashboards and KPI reports. • Identify process improvements and standardize commercial administration. • Support audits and compliance of commercial data. QualificationsQualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering or related field preferred. Experience: • 3–5 years in Sales Operations, Sales Administration or Business Operations. • Experience working in B2B with OEMs of technical products, solutions and services • Proficient with Excel, Salesforce CRM and ERP systems. • Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills. • Experience supporting project-based industrial or mission-critical businesses preferred.
