About the Role:
As a Team Leader at Voltava, you will play a hands-on role in keeping our 3rd shift production team moving safely, efficiently, and with pride. You will help guide daily operations, support Team Members on the floor, solve problems in real time, and create an environment where safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement come first. This is an opportunity to lead by example, make an immediate impact, and help deliver the high-quality products our customers count on every day.

What You Need To Be Successful:
- Bring energy and commitment to a 3rd shift leadership role supporting production operations.
- Help the team achieve daily safety, quality, attendance, and production goals through coaching, communication, and hands-on support.
- Ensure production systems, processes, and standards are followed consistently to support efficient, high-quality output.
- Promote Voltava’s values and help create a positive, respectful, and safe work environment for every Team Member.
- Partner with the Supervisor to keep the production area organized, well-supported, and aligned around clear expectations and deliverables.
- Train, coach, and audit Team Members to ensure safe work practices are followed with a goal of zero injuries.
- Encourage adherence to production and quality systems while helping the team identify and solve issues quickly.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement focused on defect-free products and world-class first time-through quality.
- Assist with line or product problem-solving by communicating clearly, acting with urgency, and supporting sound decisions.
- Help the team meet customer expectations and daily production targets.
- Monitor OSR and related production performance indicators as needed.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and operation.

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3+ years of sequencing, production, manufacturing, or related operational experience preferred.
