Position Overview

AO Globe Life is hiring a Remote Family Protection Advisor to help individuals and families understand insurance options that may support their financial security. You will work with prospective clients virtually, learn about their needs, and explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance products.

Spanish-English bilingual communication skills are welcomed. All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients from company-provided warm leads

• Schedule and conduct virtual insurance consultations

• Complete customer-focused needs reviews

• Explain life, supplemental health, and accident coverage options

• Answer questions and provide clear client guidance

• Follow up promptly and maintain professional relationships

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

• Attend ongoing training and development sessions
