About the Role:

The Warehouse Distribution Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods within a warehouse environment. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring that all products are handled safely and in compliance with company policies. The associate will collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards are paramount to prevent errors and maintain a smooth workflow. Ultimately, this role supports the overall supply chain by facilitating timely and accurate delivery of products to customers and distribution centers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Basic math and reading skills to accurately process orders and inventory data.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and procedures.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Forklift Certification 
  • Forklift operation experience of 2+ years

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
  • Forklift operator certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
  • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
  • Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations to optimize space and accessibility.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer specifications.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and report discrepancies promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist with regular inventory counts and cycle counts to support inventory accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
