Responsibilities: Provide armed security protection for clients, properties, and events. Deter and respond to potential threats or unlawful activity with sound judgment. Patrol designated areas and monitor for suspicious behavior or safety hazards. Control access to restricted areas and verify credentials. Accurately complete incident and activity reports. Maintain weapon proficiency and compliance with all state and company regulations. Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary. QualificationsRequirements: Security License: Valid Nevada PILB Security Guard Card and Armed Endorsement (required). Firearms Proficiency: Must meet all state and company standards for firearm safety and use. Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, including in challenging weather conditions. Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication abilities. Observational Skills: Keen attention to detail and situational awareness. Professionalism: Maintain a neat appearance and professional demeanor at all times. Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and dedicated to upholding safety and security standards.
