Nevada Heart & Vascular Center is seeking an energetic, technology-focused Communications Specialist to help support and optimize our communication systems, artificial intelligence initiatives, employee communications, and patient engagement efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, process improvement, training, and working collaboratively with operational leaders, providers, and staff.
What You'll Do
路 Manage and support Vonage and communication technology platforms.
路 Assist with AI-driven workflow development and testing.
路 Coordinate internal and external communications.
路 Support distribution of patient education and marketing materials.
路 Train employees on communication tools and workflows.
路 Assist with compliance tracking and documentation.
路 Partner with leadership to improve communication efficiency across the organization.
Requirements

What We're Looking For
路 2+ years of communications, healthcare operations, information technology, telecommunications, or related experience.
路 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
路 Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
路 Ability to learn and support emerging technologies and AI tools.
路 Experience in healthcare preferred.
路 Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based communication platforms.
