Description:
The marketing team is seeking a dynamic and driven Coordinator, Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in executing high-impact marketing initiatives, engaging our fan base, and supporting our game-day experiences. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sports marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Collaborate with department leadership to coordinate and execute comprehensive marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns across digital, social, email, out-of-home (billboard), TV, radio, and emerging platforms.
- Email Marketing & Project Management: Partner with internal stakeholders to develop targeted email campaigns that drive ticket sales, support corporate partnerships, and elevate brand initiatives, while meticulously managing content calendars in Asana.
- Digital Asset Development: Assist in creating engaging campaign landing pages and lead-generation forms to drive database growth, while trafficking promotional and sales messaging across the team’s website and digital assets.
- Brand Innovation: Brainstorm and implement innovative marketing strategies to maximize exposure, drive revenue, and enhance the team’s overall business operations.
- Game Presentation Support: Support in-stadium game presentation by assisting with the execution of dynamic pregame, in-game, and postgame on-field activities and special events.
- Data & Analytics: Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance, sharing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations with key stakeholders to optimize future efforts.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Sports Management, or equivalent work experience.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments.
- Solid understanding of marketing metrics, data analysis tools, and how to translate raw data into accurate, actionable reports.
- Highly creative, organized, and detail-oriented, with the proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the sports, live entertainment, and/or ticketing industries is strongly preferred.
- Must have a flexible schedule with the ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by the baseball season and team events.
